My name is Miyuki Sato, I bring 4 years of experience in the IT industry and 3 years in hospitality and customer support. During my time at Apple Japan, I primarily provided hardware and software support. However, receiving user feedback about website usability sparked my curiosity about solving user challenges and improving user experiences, which led me to pursue UI/UX design.

　After moving to Toronto, I began studying Multimedia Design at college, where I have been developing a diverse skill set. My studies include UI/UX design for websites and native apps, social media advertising, motion design, front-end web development, and 3D/AR design, as well as courses in social psychology and economics. These experiences have not only strengthened my design abilities but have also taught me valuable skills in teamwork, time management, and project coordination.

　While pursuing my studies, I have worked on various academic and personal projects that allowed me to explore creative problem-solving in real-world contexts. These projects often involved research, user testing, and iterative design processes to create practical, user-centered solutions. I found immense value in collaborating, exchanging ideas, and incorporating feedback to refine my work.
